ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF 90M+ MY
We are looking for a experienced and talented Head Chef to join a high-profile 90m+ charter vessel in the next month. With charter-filled summer seasons, opportunities to push your creativity with guests and a collaborative working environment - this is great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy program.
The role:

Oversee all aspects of galley operations, standards and guest experience.

Lead, manage and mentor a Sous and Crew Chef. Creating a positive work environment for the team.

Set the culinary direction for guest and charter service, maintaining consistency at the highest level.

Busy program with historically a fully booked summer season

Start date: March 2026, ideally you will be available to trial with the vessel towards the end of February.
What we’re looking for:

Prior experience in restaurants is desired as well a background on charter boats.

Minimum 3+ years’ experience as Head Chef on a 75m+ yacht

Ideally proven experience leading teams of 3+ chefs

Previous experience on similar sized/larger vessels preferred
-
Confident across a wide range of cuisines and dietary requirements - there is a big focus on health and nutrition onboard.
