Monique founded Saltwater after a successful career as a Chief Stewardess on 100m+ yachts. With a background in global advertising and a degree in Business, she brings a strategic, relationship-led approach to recruitment. Working between Europe and New Zealand, Monique leads the agency with a focus on quality, discretion, and long-term placements.

Jasmin began her career in PR before spending three years onboard 100m+ yachts as a Senior Service Stew. Her firsthand experience gives her strong insight into life at sea, which she now uses to place crew with care and precision. Based on England’s South Coast, she’s known for her warm, practical approach and eye for talent.

Katie has been with Saltwater since 2019 and is known for her sharp eye for detail and consistent delivery of high-quality crew. She specialises in deck placements, with a strong track record of matching candidates into roles where they thrive.

Jasmine brings 10 years of industry experience, including recruiting for her own teams, and is known for her tenacity, drive, and highly proactive approach. Originally from Wales, she builds strong relationships with both clients and candidates, putting people at ease with her natural energy. She has a keen eye for identifying the right fit and won’t stop until she finds it!

Robbi spent four years on 90m+ world-cruising yachts, progressing to Senior Service/Yoga Stewardess before moving into yacht recruitment in 2021. She’s now a go-to for Interior recruitment, known for her relationship-led approach. Robbi combines sharp instinct with genuine care, often praised for truly listening to both candidates and clients.

Camilla spent eight years in yachting, rising to Chief Stewardess on 80m+ vessels. Originally from South Africa, she’s now based in Southampton with her engineer husband and puppy. Alongside working at sea, she completed a part-time Business Management degree. Known for her thoughtful, kind approach, Camilla builds trust quickly and makes the process feel smooth and supportive.

Stephanie spent 11 years onboard superyachts, progressing to Purser. She brings strong administrative expertise and deep industry knowledge to the Saltwater team, supporting operations and helping source top crew. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, staying active, and getting out for country walks.

Originally from South Africa and now based in New Zealand, Michelle manages social media at Saltwater. She spent four years onboard world-traveling superyachts in between her career in interior design, learning to combine creativity with high standards and adaptability. Always with her camera in hand, she loves to snap moments that inspire her.​
