Her prior experience in global advertising agencies and her Degree in Business, along with her extensive networks in the industry, enables Monique to provide a unique boutique approach to superyacht recruitment. Globetrotter Monique is a passionate foodie, fitness fanatic and cannot survive the day without a strong coffee!

Katie has been with Saltwater since 2019 and in that time has shown a tenacious drive for sourcing and recruiting top quality crew. Katie has a natural eye for detail, is meticulous in everything she does, and possesses an impressive knack for successfully placing deck crew in roles they love and thrive in. Known for her chic minimalist style, previously Katie followed her passion for fashion, gaining a BA Degree In Fashion. While her career pivot has confirmed that superyacht recruitment is her calling, her regular jaunts to the high street indicate she still has her eye on the the latest trends!

Jasmin began her career at a leading London PR agency before answering the call of the ocean and spending three years working aboard 100m+ yachts as a Senior Service Stew. This hands-on yachting experience gave her deep, insider insight into life onboard — knowledge she now uses to expertly match candidates and clients with precision and empathy. After returning to England’s South Coast, Jasmin transitioned into yacht recruitment and quickly found her niche. Over the past two years, she has become a trusted name in the industry, known for her warm, practical approach and eye for talent.
When she’s not building exceptional teams, you’ll likely find Jasmin cooking at home or offering tips to candidates looking to elevate their Instagram food portfolios!

Robbi GUthrie
Senior Consultant - Interior
With four years of onboard experience on 90m+ yachts, Robbi worked her way up to Senior Service/Yoga Stewardess before transitioning shoreside into yacht recruitment. Since 2021 she's specialised in Interior placements, known for her genuine, relationship-led approach to both candidates and clients.
She believes in creating a supportive, smooth experience for everyone she works with - blending firsthand yacht knowledge with a calm, empathetic style that puts people at ease.
Outside the office, you’ll find her running, at the gym, or on a reformer pilates bed. She’s a coffee lover, a bookworm, and devoted sausage-dog mum to Fliss!

Alessia MArietti
Marketing Coordinator
Born and raised in Bali to Argentinian parents, Alessia brings a naturally global, creative perspective to Saltwater. After five years in the yachting industry, she stepped ashore to focus on her creative passions and has since built a multifaceted career across modelling, creative direction and social media marketing - all while growing her jewellery brand, Maison Solandis.
Now based in Bali, she keeps life moving with photography, pilates and content creation. A dedicated ocean lover, Alessia is a free surfer who’s happiest travelling, exploring and spending time outdoors.
Madison manages our social media strategy and content planning.

Stephanie durkan
Team Administrator
Stephanie enjoyed an exciting 11-year career onboard superyachts, where she progressed to Purser. Steph’s strong administrative skills and extensive industry knowledge are a huge benefit to the Saltwater team. She supports us behind the scenes, ensuring smooth operations. Outside of work, Steph loves experiencing new restaurants, staying active, and unwinding with country walks.
