ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS 90M+ MY
A busy private/charter program is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a dual-season motor yacht cruising between the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. This is a leadership role overseeing a large interior team and delivering a high standard of service across all departments.
The role:
• Rotational Chief Stewardess position on a 90m+ motor yacht
• Dual-season program cruising the Caribbean and Mediterranean
• Responsible for leading and managing an interior team of 12
• Overseeing service standards, guest experience, and interior operations
• Handover period with the current rotational Chief Stewardess
• Start date early to mid-May
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on 70m+ yachts
• Previous charter experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills within a large interior department
• Strong service standards and organisational ability
• Professional, positive, and capable of managing a busy program
