ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEW 75M+ MY
A busy private 75m+ MY is seeking a confident and experienced Rotational Chief Stewardess to lead an interior team of seven. This is a well-run dual-season program, cruising the Mediterranean during the summer and the Caribbean in winter aboard a Northern European-built vessel.
The role:
* Lead and manage an interior team of seven, setting clear standards and structure
* Oversee all interior operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and consistent service standards
* Deliver the highest level of guest service and presentation at all times
* Work collaboratively with senior crew to maintain strong communication across departments
* Dual-season private program operating Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters
* Start date: April / early May
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 7 years’ experience within the yachting industry
* At least 2 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on a 60m+ vessel
* Strong background as a Second Stewardess prior to stepping into a Chief Stew role
* Exceptional service standards and strong attention to detail
* Proven leadership skills with a focus on communication, clarity, and team cohesion
* Highly organised with strong planning and operational skills
* Additional skills or languages considered a plus
