World travelling private explorer vessel looking for an experienced spear fisherman to join as Deckhand. Fantastic itinerary and excellent crew retention so looking for someone who is a great team player ideally with experience on similar size vessels. Must be proficient at tender driving and ideally hold a yacht master.
