We are currently seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a busy 80m private MY operating a dual-season Med/Caribbean program. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new vessel launched last year, with an excellent onboard culture, organised structure, and genuinely kind, crew-focused owners.
The role:
• Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
• Heavy involvement in tender operations and day-to-day deck duties.
• Active private program cruising between the Med and Caribbean.
• Opportunity to be part of a professional, structured, and well-managed deck team.
• Owners are personable, engaged with the crew, and maintain a positive onboard atmosphere.
• Start date: end of June.
• Open to male or female candidates.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deckhand, ideally on similar-sized yachts.
• Must have a Yachtmaster Offshore or Yacht Rating
• Large tender driving experience preferred.
• Diving, fishing or any other additional skills would be advantageous
• B1/B2 visa preferred but not essential.
