SOUS CHEF 75M
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a high-profile 75m private/charter. With an upcoming charter, will are looking for someone who can fly asap! This is a fast-paced, busy vessel with strong leadership and an exciting charter calendar already locked in.
The role:
- Work closely with highly experienced Head Chefs who actively involve the Sous Chef.
- Prepare high-quality, healthy, and varied crew meals for 20+ crew
- Support guest service during charter periods with a strong focus on presentation and consistency
- Busy private/charter program with several confirmed charters for the upcoming winter and next summer already.
- Start date: ASAP due to an unexpected vacancy
What we’re looking for:
- Culinary trained with a solid restaurant background
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sous Chef on a similar-sized yacht
- Previous charter experience strongly preferred
- Confident in producing nutritious, well-balanced crew food
- Calm, adaptable, independent and organised in a busy charter environment
- Strong team player with a positive, professional attitude
What’s on offer:
- Salary: €6,000 pm
- Leave: 4:2 rotation
- Equal share of charter tips (expected to be very lucrative)
