SOUS CHEF 60M MY
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a well-regarded 60m private/charter MY in the Med. The vessel has come out of a productive winter yard period with a newly upgraded galley.
The role:

Prepare healthy, well-balanced crew meals for 15+ crew

Assist the Head Chefs with guest food during charter operations

Work within a collaborative galley environment with 2 very experienced and talented Head Chefs.

Support smooth galley operations following the winter yard period - they will be gearing up for a busy summer!

Private/charter program - enquiries are already through for the 2026 summer season.

Start date: Mid-March (flexible for the right candidate)
What we’re looking for:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef onboard

Strong restaurant background

Previous charter experience preferred

Culinary training advantageous
-
Reliable, positive and collaborative team player

90 days leave, to be taken outside of the summer season
