SOUS CHEF 60M+
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a well-regarded 60m+ private/charter yacht in the Med. The vessel has just completed a productive winter yard period with a newly upgraded galley and is preparing for a busy summer season.
The role:
• Preparing healthy, well-balanced crew meals for 15+ crew
• Assisting Head Chefs with guest food during charter operations
• Working collaboratively within a galley team of two highly experienced Head Chefs
• Supporting smooth galley operations following the winter yard period
• Private/charter program with confirmed enquiries for the 2026 summer season
• Start date: mid/late-March, flexible for the right candidate
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef onboard
• Strong restaurant background, ideally in Michelin environments
• Previous charter experience preferred
• Formal culinary training advantageous
• Reliable, positive, and collaborative team player
