SOUS CHEF 55M
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a busy 55m private yacht operating a dual-season program. This role will be a great move for someone towards the start of their yachting career who is looking to build their knowledge whilst working with supportive Head Chefs.
The role:

Support the Head Chef with guest food preparation as well as feeding the team onboard.

Assist in maintaining the galley to a high standard and taking responsibility to work independently at times.

Be part of a fun and positive team - the vessel's 3 previous Sous Chefs stayed for 3 years each!

Dual-season private program that operates between the Caribbean, US and Med.

Start date: Ideally by mid February

B1/B2 visa is advantageous
What we’re looking for:

Ideally 1 season's of experience on similar sized yachts

Culinary training/restaurant experience would be a bonus

You will be enthusiastic, hardworking, and a team player
