SOUS CHEF 55M+
A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a busy 55m+ private yacht on a dual-season program. This role is ideal for a motivated chef early in their yachting career, looking to build experience while working with supportive Head Chefs.
The role:
• Assisting the Head Chef with guest food preparation and being responsible for daily crew meals
• Being part of a fun, positive and professional team — the vessel’s last two Sous Chefs have stayed for three years each
• Dual-season private program operating between the Caribbean, US, and Med
• Start date: ideally mid-February
• B1/B2 visa advantageous
What we’re looking for:
• Ideally one season of experience on similar-sized yachts
• Culinary training or restaurant experience advantageous, Ships Cook certificate in hand will also do.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking and a collaborative team player
What’s on offer:
• Salary around $6,000 DOE
