SENIOR DECKHAND – 100M MY (NEW BUILD)
We are seeking a solid and experienced Senior Deckhand to join a 100m private launching early September. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting new build, with kind and involved owners who truly value their crew.
The yacht offers a world cruising itinerary, starting in the Caribbean and going further afield at the beginning of 2026.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ solid deck experience on 50m+ yachts.
- Ideally holds (or close to obtaining) Yachtmaster.
- Strong tender driving skills and overall deck maintenance knowledge.
- Male candidate preferred due to cabin arrangements.
- B1/B2 visa preferred; open to candidates without.
- Schengen visa if required.
Package:
- Salary: $4,500 USD
- Leave: 3:1 rotation
- Discretionary annual training allowance

Start Date: End of July / Early August
