SEASONAL BOSUN 55M
A strong seasonal opportunity for an experienced Deckhand stepping up or an established Bosun looking for a busy Caribbean program on a 55m private/charter yacht. The vessel is currently crossing to Antigua, with an active charter season ahead.
The role:
• Hands-on bosun role covering all deck operations
• Charter-focused season with two confirmed charters over Christmas and New Year
• Additional charters expected for the remainder of the season; no owner use
• Start date: ideally before 4th December, latest 9th December
• Caribbean start (Antigua)
What we’re looking for:
• Proven deck experience on yachts of similar size
• Yachtmaster Offshore - essential
• PWC Instructor - highly desirable
• Strong tender-driving ability
• Solid deck maintenance knowledge and confident leadership on a small deck team
• Comfortable in a busy, guest-facing charter environment
• Bonus: Drone and videography skills for charter video content
What’s on offer:
• €4,000 monthly
• Seasonal contract through to March/early April, with potential to go permanent
