ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 80M NEW BUILD
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the galley team aboard a brand-new 80m private motor yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong culinary background and a love for creating exceptional food in a professional team and a new galley!
Key Responsibilities:
-Cooking for a crew of 21 on a daily basis.-Assisting the Head Chef with guest desserts, breads, and pastries.
-Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient galley.
-Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver the highest quality meals for the owner and their guests
Requirements:
-6+ years of cooking experience in high-end restaurants.-At least 2 years’ experience on similar-sized yachts (80m or larger).
-Baking and pastry skills are a must.
-Hardworking, passionate about food, and committed to excellence.
-Creative, eager to learn, and drama-free attitude.
-No visible tattoos (small tattoos are acceptable).
-Must be a team player and flexible in the galley, as you’ll be working alongside the Head Chef as a team of 2
