CHIEF STEW/INTERIOR MANAGER 80M+

We are recruiting an experienced Chief Stew/Interior Manager to join an 80m+ private MY with a dual-season itinerary - Med/Caribbean. The yacht runs a busy private program, and we’re seeking a confident leader with a passion for service, structure, and people management.

You will lead a team of 8 interior crew, including a highly capable 2nd Stewardess, and be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, housekeeping, and administration. This is a hands-on role with strong emphasis on service leadership, organisation, and forward planning, especially during guest trips with frequent last-minute changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing an 8-person interior team
  • Overseeing all guest service operations, including silver service and themed tablescaping
  • Creating and maintaining detailed SOPs, checklists, and guest preference documents
  • Managing interior budgets, ordering, and provisioning
  • Planning and updating guest and crew inventories (using Excel & Pinpoint)
  • Scheduling and leading regular team training and performance check-ins
  • Coordinating with other HODs for seamless guest logistics and crew operations
  • Driving creativity and excellence in guest presentation and experiences
  • Ensuring high morale and structure within a diverse team

Ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years as Interior Manager or Chief Stewardess on vessels 70m+
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a large, mixed-skill team
  • Excellent administrative and digital skills (Excel, Pinpoint, cloud-based docs)
  • Strong experience with inventories, budgets, and planned maintenance
  • Service-focused mindset with a passion for guest experience and tablescaping
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible approach to itinerary changes and last-minute requests

Package:

  • Rotation: 10:10 weeks
  • Salary: 7650 Euros + discretionary bonus and training budget
  • Start date: late June
