SOLE CHEF 25M CATAMARAN
A fantastic opportunity for a Sole Chef to join a 25m private/charter catamaran operating a balanced owner and charter program. This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to a creative chef who enjoys a mixture of guest dining preferences, all within a supportive and respectful crew environment.
The role:
• Managing all galley operations as Sole Chef onboard
• Creating refined, fresh, and healthy cuisine tailored to owner preferences
• Delivering varied menus to suit charter clientele and dietary requests
• Provisioning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Private/charter program, fairly evenly split between owner trips and charter
• Mediterranean cruising for the summer, followed by the Caribbean with potential Pacific plans
• Crew of four with a fair, personable, and professional Captain
• Start date April
• Driving license required
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience as Sole Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to become a Sole Chef
• Ships Cook certificate ideally in hand
• Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
• Positive personality suited to a close-knit crew environment
