ROTATIONAL INTERIOR MANAGER/PURSER 65M
We are seeking an Interior Manager/Purser for a busy, dual-season private/charter program. This is a fast-paced operation that requires someone confident working to exceptionally high standards while managing both administrative and guest-facing responsibilities.
The role:
• Lead an interior team of five, working closely with the Chief Stew
• Shared purser responsibilities alongside the Captain and Chief Officer
• Heavily admin- and logistics-focused position (planning, itineraries, concierge support)
• Management of Voly accounting, WorkRest, crew travel and immigration, provisioning, inventories, SOPs, and shipyard logistics
• Guest-facing during trips, including service support when required
• Largely office-based but still integrated with interior operations and guest interaction
• Start date: mid Jan 2026
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 6+ years’ industry experience
• 2+ years as Chief Stew or Interior Manager on 55m+
• Strong administrative background with proven experience across core purser duties
• Warm, energetic, confident communicator who builds strong rapport with guests
• Someone who enjoys being part of the interior team and still comfortable stepping into service
• Purser course advantageous
