INTERIOR MANAGER 90M+
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stew/Interior Manager to join a 90m+ private/charter yacht. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone confident managing a large interior team while balancing a strong administrative workload with hands-on guest service during busy charter periods.
The role:
• Lead and manage an experienced interior team of 11
• Strong charter program with high service expectations
• Heavy involvement in accounts, budgeting, and VOLY
• Shipyard and refit involvement required
• Ability to balance admin duties with being present on the floor during guest trips
• Start date: late January to early February (flexible)
• Initial rotation may be 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off to align with current schedule
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 7 years’ industry experience
• 2–3+ years as Chief Stew or Interior Manager on 65m+ vessels
• Proven charter experience
• Strong background in shipyard periods and refits
• Confident with VOLY, accounts, and budgeting
• Experience with Pinpoint beneficial
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organisational skills
• Calm, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and high onboard standards
• Positive, bubbly personality with a nurturing leadership style
• B1/B2 visa in hand and valid for at least one year
• Proficiency in medical care a bonus
