ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF 90M+ MY
A standout opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef to join a high-profile 90m charter vessel in March. This is a leadership-driven role for a confident and collaborative Chef, within an established charter program.
The role:

Oversee all aspects of galley operations, standards, and guest experience.

Lead, manage, and mentor an experienced team of Sous Chefs and Third Chefs (the whole team is on full rotation).

Set the culinary direction for guest and charter service, maintaining consistency at the highest level.

Operate within a fast-paced charter environment with high-profile clients.

Busy program with a very strong summer 2026 already booked.

Start date: Early March 2026
What we’re looking for:

7+ years’ cooking experience in high-end restaurants and/or large yacht programs

Minimum 2+ years’ experience as Head Chef on a 65m+ yacht
-
Ideally proven experience leading teams of 3+ chefs
-
Previous experience on 80m+ vessels strongly preferred

Confident across a wide range of cuisines and dietary requirements

Professional, calm leader with a collaborative management style
