ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF 65M
We are currently looking for a talented Head Chef to join a busy dual-season charter program. With owners who really enjoy their food, this is a great opportunity for a Chef who wants to push themself creatively.
Details:
- Currently in Europe, the vessel typically cruises the Med and Caribbean.
- Great crew onboard with some nice longevity within the team.
- Lovely owners who genuinely care about the vessel and crew.
- The galley runs with a team of 2.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven longevity in the yachting industry as well experience of leading a team.
- At least 2 years’ experience as Head Chef on 60m+, ideally this will have been on charter vessels.
- Strong culinary background with a repertoire of creative and beautifully presented dishes. A fine dining restaurant background is a must.
- Confident in planning varied menus, with a range of knowledge on different cuisine styles and preferences under your belt.
- They are looking for a supportive Head Chef who will guide and mentor the Sous Chef.
Package:
- Rotation: time for time
- Salary: DOE but very competitive. More to be discussed. There is also a bonus and training scheme.
- Start Date: Mid-August onwards.
