ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF 55M
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join a busy dual-season 55m private motor yacht with light charter. The yacht is under American ownership, currently located in Europe, and will complete a Mediterranean summer before crossing to the Caribbean for the winter season.
Details:
- Currently in Europe; Med summer followed by Caribbean winter- Long-standing Captain and senior crew, including an established Sous Chef + long-term Rotational Head Chef
- Galley is spacious for a 55m, with ample fridge/freezer space and storage/pantries
- Vessel is maintained to a high standard
- 13 crew
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven longevity in the yachting industry, at least 5 years +- At least 2 years experience as Head Chef on 50m+
- Strong culinary background with creative and beautifully presented dishes
- Confident in planning varied menus for a range of tastes and preferences
- Able to manage galley provisioning, hygiene, and dietary requirements with ease
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
- Proven leadership skills to run the galley and a Sous Chef
Package:
- Rotation: 2:2
- Salary: $9,000 USD/month
