CHIEF STEWARDESS 80M+ MY
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join an 80m+ private/light charter vessel as it enters an exciting new phase onboard. With a kind, engaged owner and a stable senior leadership team, this role offers the chance to take real ownership of the interior, guide a transitioning team, and set strong standards for the future.
The role:
• Full oversight of all interior operations
• Lead and manage the interior team, setting clear standards and structure
• Maintain exceptional service and housekeeping standards at all times
• Work closely with the owner in a professional and adaptable manner
• Private/light charter program
• Start date: Mid May
What we’re looking for:
• Proven Chief Stewardess experience on 70m+ vessels
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Confident in owner-facing environments
• Calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach
• Ability to guide and motivate a transitioning team
• B1/B2 visa preferred
