Candidates will hold 4+ years in the industry with proven longevity and Chief Stew experience on 60m+ vessels. This would suit someone looking to step up in their career to manage a larger team as we are looking for longevity in candidates for our client.
We are looking for candidates with proven leadership skills. Every member of the interior team is valued, including their opinions and input. We are seeking a Chief Stew who nurtures and encourages an interior democracy and continues this supportive environment.
We are seeking someone who is kind and compassionate. The crew culture is very much a family-feel onboard and in order to maintain that positive and supportive energy, people in positions of influence need to understand the delicate balance of work/life needed for a yacht with a schedule this busy.
Candidates must be level-headed and self confident to lead and manage effectively.
The rotation on offer will likely be 7 weeks on/5 weeks off for the first year then go to 2 months on/ 2 months off.
