ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS 75M
We’re seeking an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess to join a 75m private/charter motor yacht with a warm, family-style atmosphere and an exciting world-cruising itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional leader who thrives in a dynamic, dual-season program and enjoys running a high-functioning, positive interior team.
Winter: St Barths & CaribbeanSummer 2026: French Polynesia / Tahiti
Potential travel to Florida, Mexico, Costa Rica in between seasons
The role:
• Oversee a large interior department of nine within a crew of twenty-four• Private/charter program – primarily boss trips with occasional charters
• Mix of family, friends, and colleagues onboard
• Manage service standards, guest experience, inventories, and team development
• Start date: Early Feb
What we’re looking for:
• Previous Chief Stew experience on similar-sized vessels (65m+)• Confident in leading and motivating a large interior team
• Strong service, organisational, and administrative skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and crew management style
• B1/B2 visa in hand
• Warm, professional personality with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
