LEAD DECKHAND – 100M NEW BUILD
We are seeking a Lead Deckhand to join a 100m new build, launching in July 2026. This is a private dual-season program, with summers in the Med and winters likely in the States/Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new yacht with exceptional standards and finish.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry
• Previous Lead Deckhand experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience on larger vessels required (90m+ highly advantageous)
• Yachtmaster Offshore preferred
• Confident tender driver with strong boat-handling and seamanship skills
• B1/B2 visa preferred, though not essential
