Interior Manager 100m+ MY
We are seeking an experienced Interior Manager to join a 100m+ dual-season private/charter yacht with a heavy charter program and exceptional standards.
The role:
* Dual-season Med/Caribbean private/charter program
* Heavy charter schedule with excellent tip potential
* Rotational Interior Manager position, working back-to-back with an established IM (approx. 2 years)
* Start date: end of April 2026
What we’re looking for:
* Proven Interior Manager experience on 100m+ (non-negotiable)
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast-paced charter environment
* Strong leadership ability with proven experience managing large interior teams
* Advanced leadership course beneficial
* Excellent references and proven longevity (minimum 18 months on previous vessels)
