To be considered you must have at least 4 years in industry with experience already as a 2nd Stew or HoS on a large vessel.
The ideal candidate will be confident, calm, a good sense of humour and be creative. As HoS you will have direct contact with the owners and will be their main point of contact along with the Chief Stew. Ideally you will be experienced in plated service, silver service and also carving of meat and fish at the dining table.
The package includes a 3:1 rotation and a salary of around 5000-5500 Euros DOE.
