BOSUN 60M MY:

We have a great opportunity for a hands-on Bosun to join a busy 60m private/charter motor yacht with an active dual-season program. 

The role:
• Bosun position leading a deck team of two deckhands
• Busy private/charter program with strong guest and water sports operations
• Bahamas and Florida cruising until April/May, then crossing to the Med
• Med summer fully booked with approximately 10 weeks of confirmed charter
• Operating a 39ft Nautique with triple outboards
• Start date required before 10th February to join ahead of the next trip

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Bosun, or a strong Lead Deckhand ready to step up
• Yachtmaster required
• Confident tender driver with strong water sports capability
• Solid deck maintenance background; painting and teak experience highly beneficial
• PWC Instructor preferred but not essential
• OOW modules an advantage
• Energetic, motivated leader
• B1/B2 visa required
• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements

What’s on offer:
• Salary 4000-4500 USD + charter tips
• 38 days leave per year
