Head of Housekeeping 80m+
We are seeking a HOH to join a busy, dual season private/charter yacht. This vessel cruises the Med in the summer and heads further afield during the winter such as Caribbean, Panama etc.
Candidates will hold 3-4 years’ experience in the industry and must have experience in a leadership role. We would consider those with previous HOH experience, 2nd Housekeepers and strong 2nd Stews who have a passion for Housekeeping and have naturally led the Housekeeping department on 65m+ vessels.
The vessel runs with a tight-knit crew with a lot of longevity onboard, especially at the Senior level. The owning family are very interactive with the crew and there is often a party or event onboard. This suits someone social who enjoys getting involved in crew activities and regular theme nights!
We are looking for someone confident, passionate and personable. Candidates will be extremely detail orientated with excellent organisational skills. You will be leading, training and nurturing your own team of Housekeepers so we are looking for someone who has the skills and ability to manage a department of 3 housekeepers to ensure the highest standards are met.
Package on offer: 3:1 rotation, salary is 4500 Euros + charter tips
Start date: October (They are happy to wait for candidates that have notice periods)
