HEAD CHEF 60M+

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join a busy dual-season private/charter 60m+ yacht currently based in the Caribbean. This hands-on role is ideal for a confident culinary leader who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences while mentoring a Sous Chef.

The role:
• Leading all culinary operations onboard, ensuring exceptional food for owners and charter guests
• Designing creative, high-quality menus with a strong focus on presentation
• Working closely with the Sous Chef to provide guidance, training, and mentorship
• Maintaining smooth galley operations during a busy charter schedule
• Caribbean-based for the winter season
• Start date: ideally around mid-March

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head Chef on 60m+ yachts
• Strong restaurant background preferred
• Confident leader with a collaborative, mentoring approach
• Creative, organised, and calm under pressure
• Valid B1/B2 visa required

What’s on offer:
• Salary $8,500 per month
• 2:2 rotation
• Equal share of charter tips
• Busy season ahead then the summer will be spent in the Bahamas
