The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all aspects of housekeeping with direction from the CS where required. You must have strong experience in managing a small team of housekeepers with an ability to lead with initiative and confidence. There is an interior team of 8.
Head of House/Relief HOS duties:
-Takes on a team management leadership style to support the CS in the day-to-day running of back-of-house
-Works closely with the HOS to create the daily schedule with CS input where required
-In the unexpected absence of the CS, this role is expected to maintain the day-to-day schedule and be the go-to for support for the rest of the team
-Oversees uniform ordering and communicating with suppliers with final approval from CS
-Responsible for uniform inventory, distribution and maintenance with assistance from Lead HK
-Oversees laundry operation and supports the laundry master if required reporting back to the CS for guidance where required
-Responsible for updating SOPs relating to housekeeping and back-of-house running
-When HOS is on leave off-season HOH will absorb the HOS duties in her absence
