HEAD CHEF 70m MY
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a 70m busy charter MY. The vessel runs a dual season itinerary between the Med, Northern Europe and Caribbean.
Requirements:
- You will be responsible for leading the galley team and building the vessel's culinary reputation on the charter market.
- There are two talented Sous Chefs who will work underneath you, cooking for the crew and assisting where needed.
- Ideally you will have 2+ years as a Head/Sole Chef onboard as well as existing charter experience.
- They are looking for an individual who can make their charter clients' culinary experience onboard special.
- You will have a diverse knowledge of different preferences and cuisine styles.
Details:
- Salary: $10,000 - $12,000 DOE and lucrative charter tips
- Leave: For this role, candidates need to be flexible as they are looking for a Head Chef who is happy to be the face of the galley. They want to build the Chef's reputation for charter clients and therefore it is not a rotational role. The position will have 90 days leave.
- Start Date: Within the next month (by mid-November).
