HEAD CHEF 60M
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join a busy dual-season private/charter 60m yacht currently in the Caribbean. This is a hands-on role suited to a confident leader who enjoys creating the best guest experience, whilst working closely with a Sous Chef.
The role
- Lead all culinary operations onboard, delivering exceptional food for the owners and charter guests
- Design creative, high-quality menus with a strong focus on presentation
- Work closely with the Sous Chef - providing guidance, training, and mentorship
- Maintain smooth galley operations during a busy charter schedule
- Caribbean-based for the winter season
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head Chef on a 60m+ yacht
- Strong restaurant background preferred
- Confident Head Chef with a collaborative, mentoring approach
- Creative, organised, and calm under pressure
- Valid B1/B2 visa in hand (essential)
