HEAD CHEF 60M

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join a busy dual-season private/charter 60m yacht currently in the Caribbean. This is a hands-on role suited to a confident leader who enjoys creating the best guest experience, whilst working closely with a Sous Chef.

The role

  • Lead all culinary operations onboard, delivering exceptional food for the owners and charter guests
  • Design creative, high-quality menus with a strong focus on presentation
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef - providing guidance, training, and mentorship
  • Maintain smooth galley operations during a busy charter schedule
  • Caribbean-based for the winter season

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head Chef on a 60m+ yacht
  • Strong restaurant background preferred
  • Confident Head Chef with a collaborative, mentoring approach
  • Creative, organised, and calm under pressure
  • Valid B1/B2 visa in hand (essential)
