DECKHAND 75M MY:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deckhand to join a 75m private yacht which is currently based in New Zealand for a yard period. This is an excellent program for candidates looking to gain sea miles while working with a tight-knit crew.
Itinerary:
• The vessel is in the yard in New Zealand until end of March
• Following the yard period: Pacific crossing, one-month stay in New York, then across to the Med for the summer season
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 1 year of experience on similar-sized yachts
• Yachtmaster offshore - preferred but not essential
• Candidates who value longevity and enjoy an active, world-cruising program
• Surf experience will be advantageous
• B1/B2 preferred but not essential
What’s on offer:
• Salary: 3800 USD
• Leave: 3:1 rotation
• Start date: ideally ASAP, but can wait until mid-late March for the right candidate
• Opportunity to gain sea miles: NZ yard period, Pacific crossing, New York stopover, Med season with guests
• Supportive senior crew with strong retention and an established onboard culture
