We are seeking an experienced Chief Stew to join a private 38m vessel newly launched in 2023. 3 years+ previous yachting experience working onboard similar size vessels.
This is the vessels first season, currently cruising the med with peak season June - Sept before heading to their med based winter home birth likely Palma TBC. The vessel runs with a crew of 7, the Chief Stew will manage two stewardess's and working closely alongside the Chef during service.
As the Chief Stew onboard you will be responsible for the running of the interior schedules, worklists, inventories and Int maintenance. Accounts and Admin. Guest interaction, service and daily activities.
Required Skills:
- A range of service skills, owners do not drink but expect charter level 5* service.
- Ability to delegate
- Good communication, organization and diplomacy
- Knowledge of cruising areas; activities and restaurants
- Creativity with flower and table décor.
