The current 2nd Stewardess has been onboard for over 3 years which is a testament to the management of the interior and the vessel.
Candidates will hold a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry and have proven they are ready to step up to a 2nd Stewardess role or have prior 2nd Stew experience on a smaller vessel 50m+. As 2nd Stew, you would manage the interior department’s day-to-day duties, working closely with the Chief Stew you will create work lists and you will be responsible for ensuring standards are excelled at all times.
You will work within an experienced team, however they do need guidance and someone to teach them them, lead, motivate, inspire and ensure the team culture is positive, happy and fun. We are looking for someone with a happy disposition and a good sense of humour. As well as having excellent service skills, the 2nd Stewardess will need to be knowledgeable and experienced in housekeeping and laundry protocols, proficient and experienced in putting together provisioning lists, inventory management, and other interior admin.
Candidates will need to be available to join first week of April in Europe. This is a permanent role with 42 days leave (+ some flexibility), Salary DOE + 13th month bonus
