We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with a background on 80m+ vessels to assist a busy charter yacht over the Christmas period.
Summary:
- Start Date will be between the 1st - 3rd December, joining in Europe. The contract will then run until the 6th of January with you departing in the Caribbean.
- There is a galley team of 3 with a Sous and Crew Chef, both very talented!
- There will be a charter during your time onboard so this will be a very guest facing role. Think beach BBQs, Teppanyaki and more.
- We are looking for a dependable, efficient and adaptable Chef with prior charter experience.
- Good knowledge of Japanese and Asian cuisines is desirable.
- B1B2 in hand is advantageous but not essential
- Full medical and return flights
- Shared cabin
- Day rate is DOE
