80m+ privately run motor yacht, seeking a well-presented, drama-free Housekeeper/Hairdresser to join a wonderful multi-skilled interior team of 8. The role is predominantly in housekeeping and working together with the stewardess/masseuse and stewardess/beautician to help run the spa. The right candidate will possess a range of hairdressing skills from colouring, men’s and women’s haircuts, stylish up-dos and hair treatments. You must have strong experience in hairdressing, shore-based or on cruise ships, with a desire for learning all different elements of housekeeping and working as part of an experienced and knowledgeable team.
The vessel runs a very family-oriented programme with a long-standing crew, so a candidate who has a positive, enthusiastic attitude to work and life is a must. The vessel offers a healthy course allowance and strive to ensure that the team are developing with a strong emphasis on training. There is a positive crew morale onboard and the team embrace a respectful, family dynamic – they enjoy organising fun activities together during their downtime, so someone who enjoys being social would be ideal. Location: Western Europe / Med Cruising Summer 2022
