SOUS CHEF 70M+ MY
We are seeking a motivated and talented Sous Chef to join a 70m+ busy private/charter program with a dual season itinerary. This role is ideal for a chef with a solid restaurant background who is looking to continue building their yachting career in a well-run, creative galley team.
The role:
• 70m+ dual-season program with heavy charter usage
• Busy charter periods with back-to-back trips (Med - 8 weeks / Caribbean 3-4 weeks)
• Guest-on - Sous Chef is responsible for Crew food and assisting with Guest food
• Supported by a Galley Hand / 3rd Chef during summer
• Off-season - Sous Chef focuses on crew food
• Work in a large, restaurant-style galley with excellent equipment and decent budgets
• Start date: February 10th/12th or approx 8th April.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong restaurant background (Michelin / fine dining highly valued)
• Ideally around 1 year of yachting experience (a busy season considered)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced charter environment
• High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene
• Creative, adaptable, and keen to learn
• Male candidate required for cabin arrangement
What’s on offer:
• Salary: €4,500 per month
• Rotation: 2:2
• Full share of tips
• 13th month salary
• €3,000 training budget
