SOUS CHEF 60M

This is a nice opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a busy 60m private/charter yacht, which operates a dual-season program. This role suits a chef who enjoys producing nutritious, high-quality crew food while supporting the Head Chef on guest service.

The role:

  • Prepare healthy, varied crew meals for an energetic, active crew

  • Support the Head Chef with guest food preparation during busy periods

  • Assist in maintaining a well-organised, high-standard galley

  • Baking skills preferred, though the Head Chef is happy to mentor.

  • Join a fun, diverse, and engaged crew culture

  • Dual-season private/charter program with trips already underway

  • Start date: January (subject to change)

  • B1/B2 visa required

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum one season of experience on a similar-sized vessel

  • Strong crew food capabilities and interest in guest food support

  • Positive, hardworking team player

  • Opportunity to develop baking/pastry skills

  • Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa
