SOUS CHEF 60M
This is a nice opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a busy 60m private/charter yacht, which operates a dual-season program. This role suits a chef who enjoys producing nutritious, high-quality crew food while supporting the Head Chef on guest service.
The role:

Prepare healthy, varied crew meals for an energetic, active crew

Support the Head Chef with guest food preparation during busy periods

Assist in maintaining a well-organised, high-standard galley

Baking skills preferred, though the Head Chef is happy to mentor.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum one season of experience on a similar-sized vessel

Strong crew food capabilities and interest in guest food support
