Candidates must hold a B1 visa. The Sous Chef onboard is responsible for Crew food and assisting the Head Chef with guest food when required. We are ideally seeking candidates who have strong pastry and baking skills.
This vessel runs a busy dual season, private/charter program, cruising between the Med and the Caribbean. Typically, 8-9 weeks of charter in the Med plus approx. 3-4 weeks in the Caribbean + owners’ trips.
Start date: w/c 20 Nov / latest first week of December.
