THIRD CHEF 100M+

An exciting opportunity for a Third Chef to join a new-build 100m+ yacht with a structured, professional galley team and a good onboard culture. With a 2:2 rotation, this role is ideal for a motivated chef looking to grow and develop within a large-yacht environment.

The role:
• Preparing high-quality, healthy, and varied crew meals for 30+ crew
• Assisting senior chefs with guest food preparation as required
• Working collaboratively within a well-structured galley team
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and consistency, with a self-motivated approach
• Private dual-season program
• Start date: likely March, exact timing to be confirmed

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years’ yachting experience
• Experience on 70m+ vessels preferred
• Formal culinary training and/or strong restaurant background advantageous
• Pastry skills a bonus
• Valid B1/B2 visa advantageous
• Motivated, professional, and collaborative team player
