ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 90M
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join a high-profile 90m charter vessel. This role is ideal for a culinary-driven chef with a strong restaurant foundation, excellent organisational ability, and a passion for delivering world-class food in a collaborative, high-performing galley.
The role:

Work closely with the Head Chef on guest food

Lead and support the Third Chef to ensure efficient, high-quality crew food operations

Take ownership of galley administration and organisational responsibilities

Contribute to a positive, skilled, and collaborative galley team

Busy charter program with an almost full 2026 summer already booked

Team structure: 3 rotational chefs working onboard at any one time

Dual season itinerary.

Start date: Early January 2026 onwards
What we’re looking for:

5+ years’ culinary experience in high-end restaurants and/or similar-sized yachts

Experience on 80m+ vessels essential

Strong baking and pastry skills - desserts will be a key focus of the role

Passion for diverse cuisines and consistently high standards

Strong work ethic, flexible mindset, and a team-first attitude

B1/B2 visa in hand
