ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 80M+
An excellent opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join an 80m+ private yacht, working closely with an experienced Head Chef within a galley team of two. This is a high-standard, new build program offering strong mentorship and long-term development.
The role:
• Preparing high-quality, healthy crew meals daily for 25+ crew
• Supporting the Head Chef with guest food, with a strong focus on desserts, breads, and pastries
• Working collaboratively to ensure smooth day-to-day galley operations
• Private program with well-regarded, supportive owners
• Start date will be early March
What we’re looking for:
• Strong background in high-end restaurants
• Minimum two years of experience on similar-sized yachts, ideally 60m+ experience
• Confident baking and pastry skills as an essential requirement
• Creative, motivated and keen to continue developing professionally
• Calm, professional, and drama-free approach as it is a close-knit team environment
