ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 70M+

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a private 70m+ health and fitness orientated MY. This well-run vessel offers strong crew longevity and a supportive, professional environment, making it ideal for a motivated chef with a passion for nutrition-focused cuisine.

The role:
• Supporting guest food service while primarily preparing high-quality, nutrition-focused meals for 20+ crew
• Confidently stepping into Sole Chef duties during quieter periods
• Assisting with provisioning and daily galley operations
• Maintaining a calm, organised, and high-standard galley
• Start date: likely March/April, allowing flexibility for notice periods

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-end restaurants and/or similar-sized yachts
• Experience on 75m+ vessels preferred
• Confident working independently and managing a galley solo when required
• Strong understanding of healthy, balanced crew food; nutritional qualifications/knowledge advantageous
• Baking and pastry skills a bonus
• Flexible, reliable, and a genuine team player
