ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 70M+
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a private 70m+ yacht within the next few months. The vessel is a health and fitness orientated program so would suit someone who has similar interests. This is a well-run vessel with strong crew longevity.
The role:

Support guest food service while mainly cooking high-quality, nutrition-focused crew meals for the team.

Confident in cooking for 20+ crew, with a galley team of 2 while on trips. That said you will be able to step confidently into Sole Chef duties during quieter periods

Assist with provisioning and day-to-day galley operations

Maintain high standards within a calm, organised galley

What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ cooking experience in high-end restaurants and/or similar-sized yachts

Experience on 75m+ vessels preferred

Confident working independently and managing a galley solo when required - this will be quite a large focus on the role so you must be happy manning the galley by yourself at times.

Strong understanding of healthy, balanced crew food. Nutritional qualifications/knowledge will be advantageous

Baking and pastry skills are a bonus
