ROTATIONAL INTERIOR MANAGER 120M+
We are seeking a confident and experienced Interior Manager to join a 120m+ private vessel with a dual season program.
The role:
* Start date: late February (handover week, slight flexibility)
* Vessel currently in Europe
* Operational from 1st June following recent major yard period
* 22 interior onboard / 33 on the payroll
* Oversee a large interior department with high service expectations
What we’re looking for:
* Proven Interior Manager or Chief Stew experience on 100m+ vessels
* Strong service-led background with high-end hospitality standards
* Confident managing larger teams and complex operations
* Highly organised and able to adapt to changing schedules
* Professional, polished, and exceptionally well-presented
* Strong emotional intelligence and leadership maturity
* Comfortable working within a structured management-company environment
