Rotational Head of Service 100m+ SY
We are seeking an experienced Head of Service for this private, dual season SY currently cruising the Caribbean with a worldwide itinerary after the winter season.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 5 years in the industry and at least 2 years in a senior service role on vessels 85m+. Wine knowledge, varied service styles, barista skills and imaginative table settings are important.
You must be organised, have excellent time management, and possess a natural ability to lead a service team.
The owners value creativity and love theme nights, entertainment and all the personal touches so someone who enjoys being innovative with this element is a priority.

Salary: 6500 USD
Leave: 2:2 rotation
Bonus: 13th month non-contractual bonus and excellent training scheme
