We are looking for a PA/Lifestyle Manager to travel with a yacht Owner.
The job role will involve supporting, organizing, managing and planning for the Boss, guests, family, business partners, events etc. The yacht Owner also has smaller yachts in different countries, so it's essential you have experience as a Captain on 24m+ yachts.
Responsibilities:
• Organization and coordination of local teams and stays at various international locations.
• Communication with international teams and coordinators.
• Planning and managing activities, meetings, and smaller events with a global network of business partners, friends, and family members.
• Support in daily life and in the management of various private and professional matters, with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
This position would be suited to a Captain looking to go land based, as experience in a leadership role with high personal responsibility is key. Other requirements include;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work proactively and independently in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are advantageous.
• International driving license and impeccable record
Salary: 8-15k per month
Leave: TBD
Start date: ASAP ideally but is flexible.
*Must have visas to work in the States and Europe.
