LEAD STEWARDESS 80M MY
80m new build private/charter MY seeking a confident Lead Stewardess to join for the launch phase in May. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role on a new program, helping establish strong interior standards from the outset.
The role:
• Lead the housekeeping department and maintain exceptional presentation standards
• Support and guide the interior team across daily housekeeping operations
• Assist with service when required during owner and charter periods
• Help establish systems, procedures, and standards as the vessel launches
• Private/charter program
• Start date: May
• 3:1 rotation
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years’ yachting experience on vessels 75m+
• Ready to step into a leadership role within the interior team
• Strong housekeeping knowledge with the ability to lead the team in this area
• Good service skills with confidence supporting service when required
• Organised, proactive, and professional approach
• All standard yachting certifications
