We are looking for a Experienced/Lead Deckhand to join a busy 55m private/charter MY. This is a dual season vessel which charters all year round with repeat guests. They will be cruising the Med this summer, followed by the Caribbean/States in the winter.
Candidates must hold a minimum of 1 years' experience, ideally with some charter experience. Strong watersports and tender experience is required. A Yachtmaster is desirable but not essential.
Lovely crew and Captain, with great longevity onboard. Friendly owners who like to get to know the crew. Crew well-being is very important, with generous amounts of time off when not on trip, and the ability to frequently get off the boat and explore ashore when on trip.
Leave: 38 days.
Salary: 3500 USD with possible increase after probation period.
Training Scheme.
Start: within 3-4 weeks ideally.
