HEAD OF SERVICE 100M+ CHARTER SY
We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Service to join our busy, dual season 100m+ SY charter vessel.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in charter experience, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Sailing experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the interior service team
- Manage daily operations, training, and development
- Maintain a positive team environment
Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years in a senior role on vessels 70m+
- Strong leadership and team management
- Charter experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Non-vaper & non-smoker
Start Date: Early - Mid May
Leave: 3:1 rotation
Salary: DOE/EUR
