We are seeking a Head Chef for a 55m Private MY who has experience in a range of cuisines and can be versatile in their cooking style. The vessel is currently in Italy preparing for guest trip so the right candidate will be ready to hit the ground running and start as soon as possible before the 15th May.

The ideal candidate will be confident running all aspects of the galley; provisioning, maintaining standards, creating varied menus, and producing excellent food. You will also oversee the sous chef who will take care of crew food and assist with guest food where required.

You must have at least 2 seasons experience as a Head Chef on a similar sized vessel. This position is open to male and female candidates – must be fluent in English.
